Overall satisfied.

Receptionist at the counter is very helpful , they can ans us the question when we need help. Location is awesome. Room is clean but abit too small, it’s not suitable for big suite case travellers.

Hot water is not stable, it’s too hard to adjust especially now is the winter season. Hope this can be improve.

Unfortunately

Well I arrived at Dott hotel , I got in my room there was a dirty sock and litter under the bed also bits of ouse , dirt and also stains on the wall . Also there was dirt in the Bathroom, also a broken Mirror. The hotel changed my room , it was still filthy.

Great choice to experience Seoul.

- Superb quality and kindness staffs. - Great location: close to subway, airport bus drop-off/pick-up point, and shopping location.... It is the best thing of this hotel

- The size of the room is quite too small for some people but for us is OK.

The location was a plus factor and so convenient to the shopping district.

there isn't any toiletries and the shower towels were too small. the bed was too hard due to the undersheet heating. it wasnt comfortable. overall i like DOTT despite the setbacks.

Small room but enjoyable stay :)))

I really like the location of the hotel as it is super near to Myeongdong shopping street. The rooms was a little small for 2 big luggages but I wouldnt mind staying for another 2-3 nites. And the staff were very helpful to help us call for a cab as we need to head to Gimpo airport early in the morning and the driver was really on time. Hats off for that good service.

We did use the microwave on Level 4 or 5 of the hotel but the microwave was quite dirty and I had to wash the microwave plate and wipe the microwave clean before I could use it. Just hope that someone will clean or inspect the cleanliness of the pantry for other guests to use.

Location was good.

Location was good. Rooms were generally clean.

The room is way too small for two guests, the hotel should only be catered for single traveler. There is very limited walking space and could only fit a hand carry luggage on the floor. Toilet is also quite small. Would be ideal for single traveler looking for good location on a reasonable budget.

friendly staff and great location !

Location is great. Bed has heated funcion which is helpful. room is too small. toilet is too small to take shower. Howerver Hotel staff 'Tanbi' is friendly . she is lovely and has beautiful smile, explained kindly how to get to great place in korea.

Survived winter in Seoul with the hotel's heated bed that kept us warm after coming from the cold outside. The location is excellent and very accessible from Myeongdong station.

You can’t expect much for this room rate but location is very good. Bathroom is very small with a shower installed just above the bathroom sink... I didn’t get a room makeup service.. it didn’t bother me because I only stayed a few days but you might want to ask.

PyeongChange 2018 at it's best.

Location is excellent. Traveling around is much easier with public transport available near the property. The front desk can help non-Koreans with confidence, which I see as a definite plus. We spent week-end at our property. We were planning to buy the tickets for the Winter Olympics at PyeongChang 2018 for a few events with lowest-possible prices. Ms. Jane, at the front desk, who can speak near-fluent English helped us plan our travel and provided alternatives for buying tickets. We would love to go back again and spend some days at the property.

Value for money. So, it is unfair to complain. The room-size is just barely enough for average-sized couples. But, for about USD 50 a night, we do not want to complain.
